Write2B Limited
Write2B is a literature consultancy specialising in reader development, strategy development, research and editorial work. It was established by Sue Stewart, poet and former Arts Council Literature Officer, in 2002, and has built a strong reputation for the quality and depth of its work in the field. Most of its projects have been at national level, working with broadcasters, publishers, libraries, individual literature clients and the arts funding sector.
Write2B is based on a belief in the power of literature to change lives, feed hearts and minds, and provide a source of pleasure and entertainment. On a broader canvass, literature can also help to develop reflection, empathy and understanding across genders, generations and cultures. Literature’s power — whether as reader, writer or participant — is immense, and helps us all to lead fuller, richer lives.
For this reason Write2B has focused primarily on projects which broaden participation — from cross-sector work involving literature in health care settings, to multi-arts broadcast work and pioneering work involving live events on the Internet.
